Service Desk Analyst Apprenticeship

Role: This is a 15 month apprenticeship where you will be working in the Global Client Response Center which is the single point of contact for all email, phone and customer portal communication from CenturyLink clients. The Service Analysts are part of the Global Client Response Centre, and are responsible for first level customer support, triage and case management. This includes: Accepting incoming calls and gathering information to understand the customers’ requirements. Identifying correct escalation points and following escalation processes. Carry out first line troubleshooting and resolution where possible. Manage a queue of cases ensuring regular follow ups and timely updates to clients. 

Location: Wharfedale Road, Winnersh, Wokingham, RG41 5TP.

Level: Level 3 in IT Systems and Networking.

Helpdesk Support Analyst (Infrastructure Technician Apprenticeship)

Role: Job purpose is to provide effective support to end users in multiple locations, including remote users, responsible for new joiners and user termination processes, to be responsible for end-to-end asset management and to be part of the project management team. Some of the key responsibilities involved include: Operating systems, install and administer the following: Windows Server 2003/2008, Windows 7 and Windows 10, daily procedures and system maintenance: Log examination, etc and ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures, statutory and regulatory requirements. Systems Administrator - Hosting (Infrastructure Technician Apprenticeship)

Role: Once the apprenticeship is completed the Systems Administrator will be responsible for the day to day operations, automation, and configurations of systems across the enterprise, including but not limited to: 1. Management of complex Hosting Infrastructure projects, 2. Schedule, plan and execute required system maintenance events in support of Bottomline’s global vulnerability and life cycle management efforts on all Hosting components and 3. Author and maintain standard operating procedures and contribute to root cause analysis documentation. Apprentice Project Manager

Role: Safetell are currently seeking an Apprentice Project Manager, to join the team based in Dartford, Kent. This opportunity would suit new or existing professionals already in a project management support role such as, Project Management Support Assistant, Junior Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager or other roles requiring project management skills. As an Apprentice Project Manager, you will initially play a supporting role within the Project Management team, you will be assisting Senior PMs to manage more complex projects as they balance scope, time, cost and quality of project delivery. Working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of all ongoing projects, you will be expected to progress rapidly from a supporting role to managing your own smaller projects.
