Your Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Sales Digital Development Coach to help apprentices work on Standards as part of their apprenticeship and these require guidance and input from occupationally competent persons who can also assess and mark the work submitted by the apprentice to prove their competency.
This is a homebased role however we only accept applications from those who are already based in the UK.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Be able to plan the assessment of occupational competence using a variety of assessment methods
- Be able to make assessment decisions about occupational competence in the work environment including vocational skills, knowledge and understanding
- Be able to maintain legal and good practice requirements when assessing occupational competence
- Assist in processes to ensure that the quality assurance of the assessment process is conducted in order to maintain positive External Quality Assurance (EQA)/End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) feedback
- Ensure that learner action planning and review processes are conducted in a timely fashion and in a quality manner
Experience / Qualifications Required
Essential:
- Relevant IT skills and experience for the digital standard coach role being applied for i.e. cyber security experience, network engineering experience, data analytics, infrastructure technician experience etc.
Desirable:
- Internal Quality Assurer

Your Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for delivering new business opportunities and driving revenues through existing accounts regarding our apprenticeship programmes.
Specifically, you will plan, develop and nurture accounts, as well as finding and securing new business utilising a consultative approach.
You’ll be working to set revenue and activity targets, delivering on objectives and forecasted sales and maintaining accounts plans and client relationships.
Your role will also involve:
- Developing new business opportunities within existing customers and new targeted accounts
- Generating an understanding of client’s strategic direction
- Scheduling and attending no less than 12 customer meetings per month
- Maximising cross-selling opportunities
- Working with the leading vendors and forming joint relationships with the customer
- Ensuring all marketing campaign leads are followed up
About You
To be considered as a Business Development Manager, you will need:
- Proven understanding of the apprenticeship marketplace including funding rules, standard knowledge and other relevant government legislation
- Strong commercial acumen and proven sales track record
- Drive and ambition with a passionate customer-focused attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- Resilience, determination and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- To be a team player with a sense of humour and work hard/play hard attitude

Apprentice Administrator - Level 3 Apprenticeship

We are now looking for an Apprentice Administrator to join us for an 18 month Level 3 Apprenticeship and develop in-depth knowledge and skills in administration processes.
The Role
As an Apprentice Administrator, you will learn how to deliver outstanding administrative support for all aspects of our learner management and resource planning facilities. You will also be taught how to make course bookings for the apprentices and process endpoint assessments.
This 18 month apprenticeship will see you achieve a Level 3 Business Administration qualification. You will learn about maintaining and updating data for the Skills funding Agency, Ofsted, awarding organisations and partners.
Your apprenticeship will also involve:
- Dealing with new apprentices for the pre-enrolment administration for their apprenticeship
- Supporting the creation of pre-enrolment documentation and monitoring and recording responses
- Managing and maintaining learner registrations and creating new learner sign-up paperwork
- Updating and maintaining the GKA Learner Management Systems with all new learner details
- Creating and updating individual learner files on SharePoint
- Dealing with any early leavers or leave of absence requests
- Registering learners with the relevant awarding organisations
- Making certificate claims
- Sending course joining instruction emails to learners
