Programme Admin Coordinator

Location: Marlborough, SN8.

Role: To provide administration support on all aspects of apprentice learner management. Some of the key areas of responsibility include:

  • Create all new learner sign-up paperwork and ensure that this is completed correctly and submitted in line with internal milestones.
  • Update the GKA Learner Management System with all new leaner details and ensure that this system is maintained and kept up-to-date.
  • Ensure that any early leavers or leave of absence requests are dealt with in a timely fashion as well as those returning to programme.
  • Liaise with Awarding Organisations and Sector Skills Councils relating to qualification registrations, certification and final apprenticeship certification.
  • Manage the leasing of laptops in relation to functional skill testing.
